DIY: Mini Pine Cone Christmas Trees

Hi Everyone!

So, after the first DIY of the week (VIEW HERE), I decided I should make my own instead of copying off Google! If you are lucky enough to have the resources then you are fab. Let's go!

You will need:

A BIG pine cone (more if wanted)

Dark green paint of some kind

PVA Glue for just random reason - I think shine or something idk (optional)

Mini Empty Cactus Holding Pot (Example)

Mini festive decor string (Example - take lights out of bowl - smaller amount of lights needed)

Steps:

1. Mix in one small dollop of PVA glue in with the dark green paint and leave to absorb for 5 minutes.

2. Grab your pine cone and use the gluey paint to cover the pine cone.

3. Leave the pine cone to dry for at least 20 minutes.

4. Wrap the mini lights.

2ft Battery Pre Lit Potted Christmas Tree With Berries And Cones4. Put the now hopefully dried pine cone into your pot and it should look like like that ---- but smaller.
